Authenticity in the Workplace – What Leaders Need to Know

​

The number one component of authentic leadership is self-awareness. A person who knows self is aware of their strengths and vulnerabilities and finds ways to maximize the strengths and fortify the vulnerabilities.

​

In this session, participants will increase self-awareness by examining their level of authenticity. This 90-minute inspirational training keynote or seminar is done in three parts:

  • Part 1 – Overview of the history and need for authenticity

  • Part 2 – Administering the Authenticity Assessment and explaining the Authenticity Grid

  • Part 3 – Scoring the Assessment, dialogue and coaching to apply the findings in personal and organizational settings

 

At the conclusion of the presentation, participants will:

  • Understand the importance of self-awareness in achieving authentic leadership

  • Uncover new ways to understand self and others

  • Discover how to apply this knowledge to create a deeper connection with team members and clients
