Authentic Leadership

Authentic leaders transform organizations. They empower teams and build loyalty, trustworthiness, collaboration, engagement and commitment. They are a special breed of people who forge positive change in their teams, their companies and society as a whole.

They accept the responsibility of transforming their culture and are open to leading the change. As a result, they lead the experiences that enable the development of an organizational culture that empowers employees on all levels to be their best productive self. They engage with the company, produce at top performance, contribute to the evolution of the business and generally feel great about their contribution.

Because they are self-aware they are not afraid of being themselves, leading from their strength, exposing their vulnerabilities and remaining open to the value that team members bring to the table. They are grounded, inspirational and successful.

Norma Hollis teaches the skills and touches the hearts of leaders so they can transform themselves and their organizations. Her content-rich presentations guide leaders to develop actionable next steps to raise their level of success.
